Conference Producer & Marketing Lead 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize detailed insight as per the learning requirements of the training industry market.
  • Managing event / program budgets, costs and revenue and prepare a strategic conference agenda.
  • Identify and invite international / national trainers, speakers and business leaders to cover the key issues in-line with the conference agenda.
  • Produce detailed partnership proposals for management events / conferences.
  • Develop management events / conferences promotional material for marketing and branding along with Creative Team for promotion on Social Media.
  • Coordinate with existing industry training expert as speaker and for the partnership of the event.
  • Responsible for Event day management at the venue from speakers, delegates, partners, exhibitors etc. such as from ushering registration, presentation, stage management, photography and video.
  • Managing post event activities for speakers and partners.
  • Following-up for the recovery of invoices sent to Partners and Participants.
  • Provide support in preparation of octara.com newsletter, coordination with correspondent, sponsors and design team.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Learning & Development

Sr. Manager Business Support

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales and product team in developing monthly programs to achieve sales target.
  • Provide training solutions to clients by identifying training need within their organization.
  • Stay updated of competitor activities, new trainings and marketing trends.
  • Prepare promotional material to help with the promotion of training programs.
  • Identify new trainers, both international and local.
  • Extend support in suggesting programs to be incorporated in training calendar.
  • Negotiate successfully with trainers.
  • Prepare and share financial agreement with facilitators.
  • Assist design department in ensuring that the training flier is in line with the company standards.
  • Ensure payment disbursement with trainers in coordination with Finance Department.

Qualification:

  • MBA or equivalent from reputed institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development
