Senior Manager, Business Support

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales and product team in developing monthly programs to achieve sales target.
  • Provide training solutions to clients by identifying training need within their organization.
  • Stay updated of competitor activities, new trainings and marketing trends.
  • Prepare promotional material to help with the promotion of training programs.
  • Identify new trainers, both international and local.
  • Extend support in suggesting programs to be incorporated in training calendar.
  • Negotiate successfully with trainers.
  • Prepare and share financial agreement with facilitators.
  • Assist design department in ensuring that the training flier is in line with the company standards.
  • Ensure payment disbursement with trainers in coordination with Finance Department.

Qualification:
MBA or equivalent from reputed institution
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development / HRD and Line Management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Interpersonal and Communication skills

  • Planning and Organizing
  • Creative & Innovation
  • MS Office
  • Knowledge of Training Industry
  • Awareness of Training Services Providers and preferably a member of Trainers Fraternity.

Senior Executive, Business Development

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Set sales target for the month in coordination with Senior Manager, Business Support to meet Annual Revenue Targets
  • Manage sales team under his supervision and groom them for greater responsibility
  • Identifying new companies for updating database,
  • Identifying decision makers and other resources from different companies
  • Build contacts/working relation with existing and new identified clients,
  • Manage /Align database of corporate clients as per specific training
  • Share training calendar and upcoming training programs with clients,
  • Pitch clients for local and International programs (Public & International)
  • Ensure dispatching of brochure (hard copies) with sales letter,
  • Roll out upcoming programs bulk emails on send blaster
  • One on One email to clients,
  • Make Follow up calls,
  • Prepare Registration Forms for Sign n Stamp and send to accounts for generating the invoice
  • Review Feedback Forms for identifying potential leads,
  • Arrange meetings with clients in assessing their organizational needs
  • Suggest/Recommend Training programs to corporate / clients,
  • Provide brief to team members and trainers on customizing the training
  • Prepare and share Financial Proposal for In-house projects,
  • Follow up on proposal and negotiate in ensuring that the project is finalized
  • Co-ordination with team members,
  • Co-ordination with product team in suggesting programs for training calendar
  • Coordinate with product in deciding scheduling/ floating date of a particular program,
  • Share feedback on program brochure with product team received from clients/HR
  • Share the participant list with the product team for the certificates printing and name tags

Qualification:
MBA or equivalent from reputed institution
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Learning & Development and Line Management
