STAGE 1: NEED ANALYSIS
The objective of the this stage is to understand your business – your people, key stakeholders, business strategy and challenges and their training needs and use the information outputs in the Design stage.
STAGE 2: BLUEPRINT
In the blueprint stage, when the research and information gathering is complete, our faculty starts work on designing innovative and relevant learning interventions that address your business’ objectives and needs. Course content, materials, context and language is aligned to your organizational culture and working environment.
STAGE 3: EXECUTION
Once the Need Analysis is done and the blueprint of the training needs is prepared Octara provides its clients trainer which is the best fit between the organizational needs and its objectives. Trainers delivering Octara customized programs use a wide range of learning methodologies including case studies, individual and group exercises, relevant self-discovering questionnaire, Team activities, story-telling and video-based activities. STAGE 4: FEEDBACK
